- No E-commerce Infrastructure: There is no WooCommerce or any other e-commerce database running on this site to store your billing details, purchase history, or customer accounts.
- No Web Analytics: I do not use Google Analytics, Fathom, Matomo, or any other web analytics tools to track your IP address, device type, or behavior on this site. You are completely anonymous while browsing.
- Affiliate links will have tracking cookies attached once you land on a referred page.
2. Communication and Scheduling via Google Workspace
All bookings, initial consultations, and ongoing client meetings are managed and processed through Google Calendar and the wider Google Workspace ecosystem.
Because we use these tools to schedule our time together, the following applies:
- Google’s Data Storage: Google may keep an independent record of our meeting times, your email address, your name, and any data you input when booking a slot.
- AI-Assisted Note-Taking: During our consultations, I may utilize AI-assisted note-taking or transcription facilities (such as Google Gemini, built-in workspace recorders, or integrated AI meeting assistants) to ensure accurate blueprints and operational summaries are delivered to you.
- Our Limitation of Control: I have absolutely no control over how Google or its subsidiary AI platforms handle, process, train on, or store that data, both now and at any point in the future. By scheduling a call, you acknowledge that your data is subject to Google’s own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and you release me from any liability regarding their data retention practices.
3. Data Protection Contact
If you ever want to change, verify, or discuss the direct email communications we have had outside of the automated Google infrastructure, you can contact me directly. However, please note that for any data handled by Google Calendar or their AI tools, you will need to address your requests directly to Google.
